As new official partner, Duni spreads the love for good food during the men’s tennis week in Båstad, Sweden. In a unique collaboration with Michelin Star chef, Titti Qvarnström, a special menu has been developed. Offered to Båstad’s visitors from Duni's own food truck, it carries an entirely sustainable message.
Duni has signed an agreement to acquire in total 60% of the shares in Terinex Siam Co. Ltd., a leading converter and exporter of disposable products, predominantly paper napkins. Based in Thailand, Terinex Siam specializes within the professional segment in Southeast Asia. The acquisition is planned to be completed by mid-August.

Sofie Lindström appointed new HR Director for Duni in replacement of Kettil Wedin, who leaves Duni for new challenges.
Tina Andersson leaves Duni for new challenges and Anna Lundqvist has been appointed interim Business Area Director Consumer and Corporate Marketing.
The Swedish Bocuse d'Or chef Alexander Sjögren has put his trademark on a napkin from Duni. The result is a design that highlights the lemon and its color, shape and texture.
On 3 May 2016, Duni AB's Annual General Meeting (“AGM”) in Malmö approved the proposed dividend to shareholders of SEK 5.00 per share.
