Meet Karin Roslin, our new Organizational Development Manager!
Tell us about your new exciting role?
First, I just need to say that I am super thrilled about this new role! I had no plan to move on from my previous role in the company but when this opportunity came, I just had to apply.
I will lead our Employee Experience Journey in close cooperation with my colleagues from the People & Culture team. The aim is to continue developing engaged and motivated leaders and co-workers and together contribute to making Duni Group an even more attractive workplace.
During the fall I will also continue to lead the work around our culture and values together with the project team and our amazing ambassadors. The new values are the result of a cross functional collaboration and input from the entire organization. To create a common understanding of the strategy and the values will be an important part of my role.
So, to summarize, aligning culture and values as well as leadership with our strategy will be the first areas for me to focus on. Exciting to say the least!
Which Duni Group product is your favorite?
Hard to choose… I like the design of the Atlantis products very much, and all our napkins and candles! I love to set the table with nice napkins, matching candles and some lovely flowers.
